InnoSoft Systems helps recurring revenue teams in Taiwan prove that invoices, renewals, and credits follow the contracts customers signed. We are not a statutory auditor and we do not sell billing software. We are the independent pair of eyes finance leads call when MRR looks tidy but nobody has recalculated a sample against order forms.
Origin
The practice grew out of close support work for membership and subscription businesses around New Taipei. Controllers kept finding the same pattern: plan catalogs changed faster than credit policies, and goodwill adjustments left no clause citation. We formalized a sampling method so those gaps show up with invoice numbers attached, not as vague process advice.
How we work
Engagements begin with cohort definition — which products, which period, which currencies. Document intake comes next. Fieldwork mixes system exports with manual recalculation; we do not treat dashboard totals as evidence. Findings are written with severity ratings and a remediation order that respects close calendars in Taipei.
