This notice explains how InnoSoft Systems handles personal data collected through innosoftsys.digital and during audit engagements.

Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, optional engagement interest, approximate cohort size, and message content.
- Technical data required to serve the site (for example IP address in server logs) and cookie preferences stored locally in your browser.
- Engagement documents you provide under a signed estimate (subscription exports, invoices, contracts), which may include personal data of your customers or staff.
Purposes
We use contact data to respond to scoping requests and administer engagements. We use engagement documents solely to perform the agreed billing audit work and related communications. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working papers follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter, typically three to seven years. Cookie preference keys remain until you clear site data.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing for personal data we hold about you. Contact hello@innosoftsys.digital. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International transfers
Our primary operations and hosting for this site are arranged for service to clients in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email delivery), we take contractual and practical steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.
Security
We limit access to engagement files to staff assigned to the matter and use reasonable technical measures for transmission and storage. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please flag highly sensitive exports during intake.
